Community Impact
Investing in More Than Real Estate
Keyhole Capital was built in the communities we develop — and we take that responsibility seriously. From sustainable building practices and local workforce partnerships to hands-on conservation efforts, our commitment extends beyond the properties we deliver. We believe the strongest investments are the ones that leave a community better than we found it.

Communities Strengthened
From western Wisconsin to northern Colorado and southwest Montana, our developments contribute housing, tax revenue, and economic activity to the towns and cities we build in.

Supporting Students and Their Futures
Keyhole Capital invests in the next generation through partnerships with local schools and youth organizations. In 2025, 35 members of the Regis High School football team joined us for a large-scale tree planting event — one example of how we create hands-on opportunities for young people to connect with their communities. We’re committed to expanding programs that give students real-world experience, mentorship, and exposure to careers in construction, property management, and real estate development.
Opportunities for Our Team and Their Families
The strength of our company starts with the people who build and manage our properties. Keyhole Capital prioritizes stable employment, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities across every level of the organization — from on-site maintenance teams to senior leadership. As a second-generation family business, we understand that investing in our people isn’t separate from investing in our communities. When our team members thrive, the properties they manage and the neighborhoods they live in do too.

Community Partnerships and Outreach
Every Keyhole Capital development creates ripple effects — local construction jobs, increased tax revenue, support for surrounding businesses, and new housing options in markets that need them. We actively seek partnerships with local contractors, suppliers, and service providers in every market we enter. In Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Fort Collins, and Bozeman, our projects have contributed to measurable economic growth while maintaining the character and identity of each community.
Environmental Stewardship
We approach sustainability the same way we approach development: deliberately, without overpromising. Our environmental efforts are property-level decisions made by an operating team that lives with these assets long-term — not checkboxes on a marketing sheet.
- Water Conservation: At Paragon and Prairie Park, we’ve engineered on-site retention ponds to supply irrigation water across the properties.
- Green Building Certification: Timnath Trail and Paragon have earned NGBS Green Certification — a third-party standard that verifies performance across energy efficiency, water use, resource management, and indoor environmental quality.
- Our Commitment Going Forward: Sustainability at Keyhole isn’t a separate initiative — it’s part of how we build assets we intend to own and operate for decades.
