Property Maintenance Technician

Rooney Property Management is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with property managers and tenants to ensure our properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively while providing excellent customer service to tenants and team members alike.

Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance, operations, and financial success of a portfolio of multifamily properties. This role goes beyond day-to-day management and focuses on driving occupancy, optimizing rental revenue, and protecting asset value in alignment with ownership and development goals.

The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and financially minded, with the ability to make data-driven decisions on leasing, pricing, and resident experience.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for the monthly close for various entities, treasury functions and forecasting. This role ensures the integrity of financial data, timeliness of reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. In addition to core accounting responsibilities, this position plays a key role in cash management, banking relationships, and ACH transaction oversight.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive process improvements while partnering cross-functionally with operations and leadership.
