K’trina

K’trina Swanson serves as Vice President and Controller, bringing over five years of accounting experience in real estate development. In her role, she oversees the monthly close process for multiple entities and is responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with supporting schedules. She is known for her attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to accurate and timely financial reporting.

K’trina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in both Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, equipping her with a strong foundation in financial management and data-driven decision-making.

Outside of her professional work, K’trina enjoys spending time with her husband, Erik, and their dog, Tuddy. In her free time, she can often be found traveling the world, reading a book, or watching sports.
